Specialist Services

We provide a mobile milling service that ensures suitable wood can be milled on site. This service is a great practice as it enables the wood to be up-cycled for the production of furniture and fittings. From bespoke tables to guitar making, this reduces waste as well as providing local resources for home or business use. 

We provide a LOLER service for internal and external inspection, and certification of specialist climbing and rigging equipment for use in arborist activities. 

We carry out a thorough inspection of ropes harnesses, connectors, friction cords etc as well as PUWER inspections for all rigging equipment used for the dismantling of dead, damaged or dangerous trees. 

When Ecoplugs are not suitable for the treatment of a stump, complete removal is required. We can provide a stump grinding service that removes the main structure. 

Our equipment is suitable for restricted access areas and in most cases, we can get to the site and carry out the work.  

Landforces are qualified to carry out work within key National Grid sites. Areas within the perimeter of Above Ground Installations of the national gas pipeline require a high-level skill and safety. We can undertake quick response tasks or contract work in this field. 

Landforces are also qualified for arborist activities within the scope of the Sentinel system required for Network Rail employment. We have specialist equipment and training for both AC & DC rails and use a Greenmech Safe-Trak for sidings waste processing.
